  They told me there wasn't a rodent in my attic, that it was probably just something climbing on top of the roof. He didn't even go into the attic because he was scared! He set up a trap but left the trap door closed. I called 2 weeks later and reminded them that their unset trap was still in my attic and he took it and threw poison, so the thing in my attic died in the walls and my house smelled like rotting carcus for months. Now I have rodents again! But I most certainly will NOT be calling G&G.
